Processing & Dispatch
Notes on Dispatch times.
We would all like to have dispatch times comparable to Amazon,
however few of us have the same resources.
We are very busy, so a few notes on current dispatch times.
80% of orders placed on a Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched the next week.
Orders placed Monday to Friday could take 10-14 days.
Orders containing backordered items could take up to 21 days.
Pre-Ordered new releases will be sent out within days of launch,
as a re-seller I do not always receive stock prior to launch.
Overseas orders could take up to 28 days or more.
NOTE: these timings are the extreme with most orders being completed earlier.

By allowing backorders aids me in managing my orders to ensure the stock held is current to customer needs. With Sprues/Models from Warlord Games, Frostgrave, Oathmark etc stock is arriving almost weekly. Effectively any sprue/model ordered on backorder will be shipped out as soon as new stock arrives this saves the customer the hassle of having to keep checking the shop for stock levels.
Pre-orders are just that, giving you the opportunity to purchase sprues/models which have not yet been released. As with backorders any sprues/models purchased on pre-order will be dispatched as soon as stocks arrive, which should be on or about the release date of the models?

International Economy Sea mail ( No tracking, longer delivery time. Sent at buyers own risk)

Import Duties and Fees
The Sprue shop has no influence nor is responsible for any duties or fees imposed by the destination country.
*** IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR EU CUSTOMERS ***
The EU now considers all of your orders, no matter the value to be an import from the UK into the EU.
VAT will be charged when importing your order into the EU and Administrative or Handling charges may also be applied before delivery is made. Failure to pay any extra charges will result in the package being returned to us.
Please note:
1) Orders which cannot be completed immediately (due to items being out of stock or on Pre-order) will be held until they are complete before being despatched.
2) Any items returned to me will be refunded. However the original postage cost cannot be refunded and a £10 admin charge will be deducted from any refund given.
