1. Completing the transaction signifies your acceptance of these terms & conditions.
2. All items listed in the shop remain the property of The Sprue Shop until full payment has been made.
3. Cancellations: All orders will attract a 20% cancellation fee. This fee will not be applied to any postage paid in respect of the order. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
4. The Sprue Shop reserves the right to cancel any order at any time. Cancellation fee does not apply.
5. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 48hrs of the request being made. Please bear in mind the following:
A: Paypal refunds are almost immediate.
B: Refunds through a credit/debit card can take 7-10 working days to be processed by the banking system.
