Processing & Dispatch
Notes on Dispatch times.
We would all like to have dispatch times comparable to Amazon,
however few of us have the same resources.
We are very busy, so a few notes on current dispatch times.
80% of orders placed on a Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched the next week.
Orders placed Monday to Friday could take 10-14 days.
Orders containing backordered items could take up to 21 days.
Pre-Ordered new releases will be sent out within days of launch,
as a re-seller I do not always receive stock prior to launch.

By allowing backorders aids me in managing my orders to ensure the stock held is current to customer needs. With Sprues/Models from Warlord Games, Frostgrave, Oathmark etc stock is arriving almost weekly. Effectively any sprue/model ordered on backorder will be shipped out as soon as new stock arrives this saves the customer the hassle of having to keep checking the shop for stock levels.
Pre-orders are just that, giving you the opportunity to purchase sprues/models which have not yet been released. As with backorders any sprues/models purchased on pre-order will be dispatched as soon as stocks arrive, which should be on or about the release date of the models?

We currently post only to UK post Codes.
Due to recently introduced regulations and increasing shipping cost, I have, as a small company found it is not viable financially for me to continue trading overseas in the current climate. Should the situation change over the coming Months/Years I will revisit Overseas trading.
